4. AI & Automated Systems

You acknowledge and agree that Accident Solution LLC utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to facilitate our services. This includes:

• AI Voice Calls: Automated, AI-generated voice assistants may call you to perform initial intake and gather details about your accident.
• Chatbots: AI text-based bots may communicate with you via SMS or web chat.
• By submitting your contact information, you explicitly consent to interacting with these AI systems.

5. SMS & Communications (A2P)

By providing your telephone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our partners, including via phone calls, pre-recorded messages, and Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS text messages.

• These communications may be generated by automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP".
• Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
